Swim Tayka swim students go back to using kick boards after swimming without them. They will refine their techniques using the kick boards and try again without them.
Swim Tayka swim students use pool noodles for their introduction to swimming on their backs. Once they become comfortable and proficient with back strokes, they will attempt laps without the assistance.
Swim Tayka's younger students practice arm strokes, kicking, and overall becoming comfortable in the water with the assistance of kick boards and pool noodles.
