Children showing up early for the day's environmental lesson show some curiosity with the hydroponics garden being installed at Otra Cosa's Recreation and Education Center.
After a short lecture, students participate in some coloring activities to enforce the topics that they just learned. In this case, the basic elements that plants all need to survive.
The older students receive a bit more advanced lesson about the life cycle of plants. Their lesson also includes more of a two-way discussion to help reinforce learning topics.
